All participants are strongly encouraged, but not required,

to demonstrate their art.


Submission Process:

New participants are asked to submit no less than 3 images of their work (if two artists, 2 images each) and 1 image of their Booth/Display.  Returning participants are not required to submit images unless the nature of your work has changed or you wish to submit new images.  All images submitted must be  emailed to


Accepted digital image formats are TIF or JPEG of resolution 150dpi or higher. Please include titles, size, technique, materials, etc. All images submitted are for the sole purpose of promoting the Solstice Arts Festival and will not be reproduced for any other purpose.

Notification of acceptance or rejection will be mailed upon review of application.


Important Information:

Only two artists/vendors per 10 x 10 space allowed.

Multi-Artist groups of three or more, must have a 10x20 or larger space.


Vendors may arrive and begin setting up as early as 6:00 am.

Vendors will be directed to their booth location upon arrival.

Parking for vendors will be provided.

Vehicles not permitted in show area after 8:45am

Vendors are responsible for collecting any taxes, if applicable.

Vendors cannot break down until 4pm

Festival will be held rain or shine.


Fees from accepted vendors are non-refundable.


Sorry, no pets allowed.

This application must be filled out for vendor acceptance.

Arts Vendors, please provide images of work for jurying.


Returning Arts Vendor, no need to resubmit images for jurying.

Food Vendors, omit the images section but please provide a basic menu.

Wellness & Eco Vendors, please list services and items that you will be offering or selling.

NOTE: Any vendor providing items or services for FREE, requires permission from the Solstice Arts Festival to prevent competition with vendors who may have the same items or services for sale.

I hereby release and forever discharge Shippensburg Arts Programming and Education (SHAPE), Shippensburg Township, all sponsoring organizations and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of my participation in the Solstice Arts Festival. If accepted, SHAPE has my permission to reproduce my artwork, through the images I have submitted, for the purpose of promoting, advertising and marketing the Solstice Arts Festival. I further consent to the enforcement of all SHAPE rules as set forth and pertaining to the Solstice Arts Festival as stated on this page and in the accompanying literature and any subsequent correspondence.
